This policy explains how Access Kosher handles information in connection with our website and our kosher certification management platform. It covers information you provide to us directly and information processed on behalf of the agencies that use our platform.
Information we collect
- Contact and demo requests. When you submit a form on this website, we collect the name, email, organization, phone number, and message you provide so we can respond.
- Platform data. When your agency uses Access Kosher, the platform stores the records you enter — companies, facilities, products, ingredients, inspections, certificates, and related documents.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and security tooling used to protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the platform, respond to inquiries, support and improve the service, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your information.
Data ownership
Agencies retain full ownership of the data they store in Access Kosher. We act as the platform provider and process that data on the agency's behalf, not as the owner of it.
AI features
Access Kosher includes optional AI-assisted features (such as LOC scanning). Customer data is used to provide these features to your account and is not used to train third-party AI models.
Data retention and deletion
We retain platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. On request, and subject to any legal or contractual obligations, we will delete or return your data. Contact us to make a request.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. See our Security & Data Handling page for more detail.
