About Access Kosher
Access Kosher is web-based kosher certification management software built specifically for kashrus agencies. It connects administrators, mashgichim, and certified companies in one secure platform so an entire supervision program can run in a single system instead of scattered spreadsheets, email threads, and custom tools.
What we do
Access Kosher manages the full lifecycle of kosher certification work: facilities, companies, ingredients, formulas, and products; inspections and inspection workflows; approvals; Letters of Certification (LOCs); billing and mashgiach invoices; and renewals. Everything is connected, searchable, and auditable, giving the office clear oversight without micromanagement.
Who it is for
The platform is designed around the real relationship between three roles:
- Administrators get central control over companies, facilities, products, ingredients, inspections, approvals, and certificates, with structured queues and a complete audit trail.
- Mashgichim use a mobile-friendly portal tailored to each facility and visit type, so they can focus on the inspection rather than the paperwork.
- Certified companies (clients) use a dedicated portal to submit applications, ingredients, and products, track approval status, and access certificates and inspection information.
Migration and onboarding
Access Kosher handles the full data migration at onboarding — companies, facilities, products, ingredients, certificates, and historical records are imported, cleaned, and validated so the system is ready from day one. Most agencies onboard and go live in weeks, not months, without running parallel systems.
A shared, multi-agency platform
Access Kosher is actively developed and used by multiple kashrus agencies. Feature releases are shared across customers, so improvements built for one agency benefit everyone. The platform is UKD compliant and supports data sharing using UKD standards.
